We are paid by the providers, not by you.
The review is fully funded: there is no fee to you. If you choose to switch a service or take funding, the provider pays us, and we tell you about that before you agree to anything.
That means it is in our interest to find savings you will actually act on, and to tell you plainly when what you have already is the best option.

Yes. There is no fee for the review. We are paid by the providers only if you choose to switch a service or take funding, and we tell you about it before you agree to anything.
What do I need to have ready?
Whatever bills you can find: a card processing statement, energy bills, your phone and broadband bill and your latest waste invoice. If you cannot find them all, we can still start.
How long does it take?
The visit usually takes around an hour. We then send you a written summary of what we found.
Do I have to change anything?
No. You get the summary either way, and you decide what, if anything, to act on.
